ZuriSpace is a founder-led interior design studio in Dubai. The studio designs warm contemporary luxury interiors for villas, apartments, restaurants, lounges, offices and retail spaces across the United Arab Emirates, with sister studios in Bangalore and Kolkata, India. Every project is led personally by Subhra, the founder, from first conversation to final reveal.
ZuriSpace's primary studio is in Sharjah Media City, UAE. The studio also operates from Bangalore (HSR Layout) and Kolkata (Kalyani), with active projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Residential projects start from approximately AED 250,000 for an apartment refresh and scale to AED 1M+ for a full villa fit-out. Restaurant fit-outs start from AED 700,000, offices from AED 450,000. Quotations are bespoke and only issued after a first 'Meet & Agree' consultation.
An apartment refresh typically takes 8–14 weeks. A full villa fit-out runs 4–8 months. A restaurant fit-out runs 16–24 weeks. The single biggest variable is structural change: cosmetic projects move fast, structural ones take longer.
Routinely. The studio runs roughly 40% of its projects with the owner living outside the UAE. Communication is via WhatsApp, weekly video calls and a shared online folder containing CAD drawings, mood boards, material samples and progress photos.
Yes. Subhra leads every ZuriSpace project, residential, hospitality and commercial, from first conversation to final reveal. Senior designers and contractors execute under her direction.
Warm contemporary luxury, modern Arabian, modern classic, biophilic and minimalist. The studio is style-flexible but its signature is a calm, residential-first sensibility that prioritises proportion, material honesty and shade over ornament.
